What can you enter: Banners.
Anything thats not a Banner will be removed.

How many you can enter: Two is the max.

Dimensions:
Banners: 1000x400
Anything that exceeds 1000x400 will be removed.

Theme: Anything, There is no specified Theme.

Animations: Animation is not allowed
If you have animation it will be Removed.

Prizes:
First Place: Graphic Designer
Second Place: V.I.P for a Month.
Runtime: Till July 31st, 2009
